Fresh from much critical acclaim for his characters and performance on BBC2’s ‘Bellamy’s People’, former Time Out Comedian of the Year winner, Felix Dexter returns to Edinburgh with his new stand-up show ‘Multiple Personalities in Order’.

Felix has performed in a maximum security prison, been threatened with violence for lacking religious conviction and been offered free sexual favours in the street. These stories and more are full of contradictions, which provide a backdrop for his characters and this year’s show.

An award-winning comedy writer and actor, Felix famously played three of the main characters in ‘Bellamy’s People’;

Early D, the self-styled “Lion of Harlesden (and entrepreneur)”; Aubrey Dubuisson, the terminally English, public school, Cotswold living Architect and Julius Olufemwe, Hotel Management student and admirer of all things English.

All three characters now appear live on stage as part of the new show - ‘Multiple Personalities in Order’.

As well as his roles in ‘Bellamy’s People’, Felix played Saffy’s boyfriend in the final series of ‘Absolutely Fabulous’ and has appeared in many comedy shows including ‘ Armstrong and Miller’, ‘The Lenny Henry Show’, ‘Have I Got News For You’, ‘The Fast Show’ and ‘The Real McCoy’. He has also appeared in ‘The Bill’, ‘Casualty’ ‘Vanity Fair’ and most recently in this Easter’s Jonathan Creek Special.

Having recently completed a series of sell-out, packed to the rafters, live shows of ‘The Real McCoy Reconnected’ at Lewisham Theatre and The Hackney Empire, Felix Dexter’s comedy performances go from strength to strength.
